Suman is the Chief Executive and a Whole-time Director of Mahindra Electric Mobility Ltd., responsible for charting the future of electric last mile mobility for Mahindra Group. She is the Chief Executive Designate for the Last Mile Mobility business (LMM).

Prior to this role, she has worked extensively in developing and implementing strategic initiatives across several sectors and functions in the Mahindra Group across several roles including capital allocation, business transformation and strategy. Prior to Mahindra she has worked in McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner and Cipla responsible for global product launches.

She has been recognised as Economic Times 40 under 40 business leaders and Economic Times Woman Ahead. She is a non-executive director on the board of CIE Automotive.

Suman Mishra is an MBA from University of Michigan, Ross School of Business where she graduated with high distinction. She is a Computer Engineer from NTU Singapore where she graduated with First Class Honours.
